Office Policies

New Patients

We look forward to seeing you on your scheduled appointment date. If you are a new patient, information is being sent to you in an effort to streamline the check-in process and answer any questions you may have regarding your visit. We will be contacting you a few days prior to your appointment to confirm the appointment date and time, pre-register your demographic information and remind you to have a driver available to take you home after the appointment if needed. When you arrive for your appointment, we will need to copy your insurance card(s) in order to bill your insurance company.

Appointments/Cancelations

In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, kindly provide 24 hours notice. Your consideration in this matter will allow us to accommodate other patients who could benefit from an appointment. 
NEW CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY IS NOW IN EFFECT
If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, a $50 fee will be enforced. I will be requiring everyone to have at least one debit/credit card on file for this purpose. 
WINTER WEATHER WILL NOT APPLY. If you do not feel safe to drive to your appointment due to weather, please contact the office to reschedule your appointment. NO timeframe or fees will be enforced.
There will also be a change in handling of late/no show occurrences. If you are going to be more than 15min late to your appointment, please call or text 603-273-9075 or email me at aiomanchester@gmail.com to let me know. If I do not hear from you by 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be automatically cancelled, and a $50 fee will be charged. After the second time, a $100 fee will be charged, and a third occurrence will also be $100 and may result in discharge from the practice. 
Many unplanned situations occur in life, and I understand that, so if you cannot make your appointment or are running late, please reach out to me and let me know. If an unforeseen situation occurs within the 24 hours I may reschedule your appointment without assessing the fee.

Emergencies

We do not provide emergency coverage for patients. If you have an emergency, please call your primary care physician's office or 911.
